The Kabarole district boss Richard Rwabuhinga has warned civil servants and extension workers in the district to desist from late coming and reckless absenteeism from duty.

Rwabuhinga notes that late coming and absenteeism hinders service delivery and promotes corruption.

He says that LC3 chairpersons of the newly created administrative units in the district have received motorcycles to ease their movement and service delivery to the people.
