Kamuli hospital management has expressed concern over lack of electricity and water within the hospital premises. Kamuli hospital superintendent Robert Isabirye says they have experienced a blackout for three weeks which has affected service at the hospital.
He says they are now transferring patients in bad conditions to neighboring hospital and clinics since Kamuli hospital can’t afford fuel to run the stand by generator which can also be used to pump water at the hospital.
Isabirye called on the government to come to a rescue to the people of Kamuli district since as government hospital it attracts a number of people.
