Two MPs Alex Ozima and Kassiano Wadri are against each other again following the approval of Maracha district as an independent unit from Maracha-Terego district.

The cabinet last week tabled a proposal seeking to take Terego back to Arua and created 14 more districts including Maracha.

Wadri today while appearing before the Public Service and Local Government Committee said the issue of Maracha -Terego district is being handled by the Court of Appeal after failure by Wadri and Onzima to agree on location of the district headquarters.

Onzima says Wadri is over politicizing the issue of Terego-Maracha to block the creation of the district. The Ugandan law provides that t a case in court cannot be discussed until court rules on it.
