The coordinator of intelligence agencies Gen David Tinyefuza has been given an ultimatum of up to the 30th of this month to vacate the house belonging to the Kampala Capital City Authority.
The minister for Presidency Masiko Kabakumba told the Parliamentary committee on Presidential Affairs that she has already written a letter to Tinyefuza advising him to leave the building.
MPs on the committee told Kabakumba that if he does not obey the orders to vacate, Parliament will evoke its powers of court to forcefully evict him.
Shadow minister for special regions and also a member of the committee Stephen ochola explains that Kabakumba will have to come back to Parliament and give a report on the matter.
He says Tinyenfunza should be able to find another place where to relocate by 30th August 2011.
