Government can only manage opposition with teargas but not in courts of law, lawyers say

 

Lawyers in Uganda helping opposition parties and politicians to fight dictatorship and injustice in president Museveni’s regime of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) has inspired Ugandans and the international community.

The lawyers say that the government can only manage to defeat them with teargas but when it comes to legal matters opposition lawyers are very strong.

But the lead lawyers in the case involving the 25 Buganda riots, Hon. Medard Lubega Seggona has told Ugandans not worry because soon even teargas the peoples’ power shall be able to defeat it with time. A source in the ministry of justice and constitutional affairs says that the government lawyers are so week because they are ill facilitated.
