Acne is a disease (especially common among young people) in which small raised spots appear on their faces and neck.
Many people especially the youth, when this condition occurs, they feel uneasy and look for a number of alternatives to treat it.

In order to avoid acnes, people should avoid eating too much oily and spicy foods, drink plenty of water everyday, remove make-up before bedtime and prevent clogging of the body pores.
Also avoid intense oil-based facial moisturizers and cleansers. Wash your face twice a day using a mild soap, keep your face clean, exercise moderately, avoid stress as it worsens acne flare-up, get sunshine and fresh air to stimulate vitamin D.
