Recommended food for bruises

The recommended food for brushes includes dark-green leafy vegetables that provide many minerals that help heal bruising.

Some of the minerals found in leafy vegetables are vitamin K, vitamin N and vitamin C. Examples of leafy vegetables are citrus fruits, bell peppers and many other brightly coloured vegetables and fruits that provide bioflavonoid.

Bioflavonoid help in healing bruises. Fishes such as salmon, nuts like walnuts, and seeds e.g. flaxseeds provide essential fatty acids that are necessary for tissue repair.
