The foreigners doing businesses in Uganda are in fear and tension after one of the indigenous tribes in Uganda, called the Bagishu started to forcefully circumcise them.

The Bagisu play local drums and dance traditional dances and move in processions in town, and trail every uncircumcised man operating in Uganda and forcefully circumcise them using traditional local surgeons.

The crime has forced a number of non Bagisu and non Ugandans operating in Bugishu to abandon their workplaces, bringing businesses in the area to a standstill for fear of being forcefully circumcised by the Bagishu.

However the police have arrested traditional circumcision surgeons over forceful circumcision of non Bagishu staying and doing business in Mbale.
