Tamale Mirundi was overheard on Wednesday on Entebbe road as saying that ‘FDC will not continue being stronger and focused after Col. Kiiza Besigye’s ‘downfall.’
“And indeed FDC members should now get prepared for the downfall of their party because the people contesting to replace Besigye are not as powerful as Col. Besigye has been. Tho candidates, Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu and MP Nandala Mafabi are struggling to replace Besigye as FDC party president.
Besigye is leaving the FDC party presidency after unsuccessfully vying for president thrice.
