‘Uganda buys junk helicopters’

Our readers let this story not break your hearts, although it is really heart breaking. We have been told this evening by trusted sources in UPDF that the six fighter jets president Museveni’s NRM government purchased in March 2012 from Russia at a cost of over US$744 millions were junk.
One of the military planes Uganda government bought from Russia recently is Sukhoi Su-30 Flanker are fighter jet.
The sources revealed to our surveillance media team that president Museveni’s government bought the said junk jets ‘solely’ to scare neighbouring Countries like Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Southern Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania and Somalia and the would be military opposition in Uganda.
Of the six military helicopters, one of the jets crashed not so long ago and on Sunday last week three other ‘army junk choppers’ crashed in Mt. Kenya and killed seven UPDF Officers. We are continuing with our investigations to establish whether exactly these helicopters are junk. Watch this space…
