President Yoweri Museveni has made a surprise stop over at the opposition stronghold Kiseka Market where he promise the vendors Entandikwa .

Speaking to the Market vendors along Kyaggwe Road next to Kiseka Market before going to the newly refurbished Taxi Park, Museveni said that he would be will to give start-up capital to the young people in the city.

However the crowds yelled at him saying that they never received such monies from government.
