The Lord mayor Salongo Elias Luwkago is challenges  government  to think about legalizing the land of the wandegeya market and that of Nakulabye which markets are on Kabaka’s land.

He now adds that the agreement with the developers calls for the giving in of the land which he says is owned by the Kabaka.

He also castigates yesterday’s incident where he was sent a late invite calling him to attend the official opening of the Wandegeya market which he also categories as an insult to him as the city leader.

He at the same time calls for proper accountability from the executive director’s office to the council.
