Local Government Minister Adolf Mwesige has urged the foreign investors to ensure they observe the laws in the country however much they might be contributing to its development.

This in relation to the case of a 23year old woman who was gang raped and sodomised by five Pakistan investors.

Mwesige says yes it’s true every country needs investors for its development but this does not mean that they are above the laws governing a given a country.

She says it’s very pertinent that these criminals are prosecuted and that this case should not divert the country from its good relationship with other foreign investors in line of development because not all of them are of such behaviors.
