Following the gang rape case of a young girl by Pakistanis, the people’s Development party president Abed Bwanika urges government to set up tighter laws for foreigners who come to live, invest and work in the country.
Dr. Abed Bwanika says that most Ugandan are asked to fill very many papers when they get into a foreign country with the aim of close monitoring incase that person commits a crime which has not been done to these foreigners.
Bwanika adds that the Pakistanis should be arrested and face the law for what they did to this innocent Ugandans.
Meanwhile the people’s development party president, Dr. Abed Bwanika is challenging the produced economic growth indicators saying they don’t at any one time reflect what is really on the ground as most youth in the country are unemployed.
Speaking at a weekly press conference in Kampala, Bwanika mentions that many graduates are roaming on the streets with their academic qualifications with no better jobs to do in their country as foreigners expeditiously consume them.
He now advises govt to start up job for the nationals but with no political strings attached to them to lift the lives of Ugandans and the economy.
