Museveni prepares to replace intelligence staff

 

We have just received information from an impeccable source in security that president Museveni is set to replace most heads of intelligence organisations. Now there is a fear among some security circles that the president may keep some of them off balance in order to punish some of them for not reporting to him the thieving army officials.

Sources at statehouse say that the spy chiefs would be replaced for failing to perform their duties and theft in connection with their daily operations.

The president has also received information that some of his spy chiefs fail to ensure proper collection of security information from the public and fail to inform the president about opposition plans against government.
