A top minister in ToroKingdom surprised everyone in Toro, Uganda, America and the world at large today when he came out and announced thar he did not approve Princess Ruth Nsemere Komuntale’s marriage in the first place as a Ugandan, though he didn’t have any say on such issues since he was not a royal.

The minister says Princess Ruth Komuntale seemed to have belittled everyone in Toro, Uganda, and Africa in particular when she chose to marry a “black ghetto” American man, Christopher Thomas.

“If Thomas was a white American, may be we would have thought that the princess, wanted to have mixed-race children, who are seen by many as the most beautiful children in the world, but the mere fact that she chose tattooed black young man, defies the whole logic,” he says. The minister declined to be named in this article due to the sensitivity of the matter.

However the minister says that he doesn’t think the princess was a cheat as her hubby Christopher Thomas claims. On the issue of HIV, the minister says if it is true the princess is positive, she might have been a victim of other circumstances.
