Former Forum Democratic Change (FDC) Party president, Col. Kizza Besigye has asked Ugandans across the country to form groups ready to guard against electoral malpractice in 2016 general elections.

Speaking on Friday, Besigye who has lost presidential elections thrice to NRM candidate, Yoweri Museveni claims that his victory was rigged in the past.

He says if there is no rigging of votes in 2016 general elections he is sure of victory.

The FDC icon further says that his party is growing stronger and by 2016 it would be the strongest in Uganda.
