NGO WORLD CALLS FOR JUSTICE IN VARIOUS RAIDING CASES 4TH/NOV/13.

Uganda’s NGO world under their mother body NGO Forum Uganda are deeply concerned with the increasing vandalization of their offices that have seen most of their vital information stolen and no justice has been accorded to them even when they report to police with proved evidence.

The executive director, NGO Forum Uganda, Richard Sewakiryanga confirms that its been over two years since they reported and gave police video evidence of thugs that broke into Action aid offices in Kampala and went away with property and information valued at UGX.160M but still up to now the cases has not been heard with the suspects out o bail.

However, the executive director, Action aid Uganda, Arthur Larok stresses that they are suspicious that this is govt all doing this trying to crack down NGOs as it has clearly been stated by the internal affairs minister, Gen. Aronda Nyakayirima.Cue.Arthur.Eng.

WITH Action aid, ACCU, FHRI, Lira NGO Forum among others already vandalized, they now demand that govt improves its performance of protection adequately investigate and prosecute criminals, expedite and prosecute reported cases by JLOS among other strong demands.
