Former Uganda Young Democrats (UYD) mobliser and also former Democratic Party (DP) youth activist Bernard Luyiga has reportedly tongue-lashed the Lord Mayor of Kampala, Erias Lukwago, describing him as non-developmental and a mole. Luyiga, an LC5 councilor, representing Makerere University Kampala to Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) says that working close with the KCCA Director, Jenifer Musisi; they are delivering services as promised. He says the computer taxis are back in the newly constructed New Taxi Park.

Luyiga again challenges Lukwago! “I want to hear a word from Lukwago and his group who had alleged that we (Luyiga, Jeniffer Musisi, president Museveni and NRM) had sold off the taxi park to certain investors.” Luyiga, whom many people in Kampala believe is president Museveni’s spy and silent NRM convert thanked people who support him and Jenifer Musisi for a better and organised Kampala city.

“Just imagine if we had bowed down as a result of incessant misleading voices from some KCCA politicians (Lukwago)!,” Luyiga, who president Museveni’s press secretary Tamale Mirundi, not so long ago described as ‘a poorly brought up man,’ says.
