The Member of parliament for Mbarara Municipality also a member on HIV /Aids committee
in parliament Dr. Medard Bitekyerezo urges all the youth to test for
HIV as this is the only way they will leave healthier lives.

Bitekyerezo says with the HIV/AIDs virus seeming to be on increase and
having no treatment, its only through testing that the young ones can
know their statu and this will help them to protect their lives
accordingly or receive medication on time for those found with the
virus.

Meanwhile, Bitekyerezo says all MPs in their different constituents
should serve as example to the public by testing publically as this
will motivate their voters to take on the action to know their
status
