South Africa high commission to Uganda. Jon Qwelane is blaming Uganda for acting un diplomatic and causing confusion among various officials on how to conduct the last Mandela respect.

Speaking at the service in Kampala today, H.C. Qwelane sadly mentioned that the reports about the struggle in parliament and cabinet on who will read the last tribute on behalf of govt coupled with setting up a condolence book at parliament yet the embassy had already set up one was un called for adding that its only Uganda in the world where this incident happened.

However, the premier, Rt.Hon. Amama Mbabazi distanced the reports saying govt has full and will continue to have full respect for other countries.
