Apply for several fellowships in Netherlands University.

A limited number of fellowships are available from the Netherlands Fellowships Programme (NUFFIC) for applicants from 61 countries.

Applicants must request these fellowships at the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate in their country, supported by a letter of eligibility from Netherlands University where they have gained admission.

Candidates who wish to apply for Nuffic Scholarship should begin the application procedure as soon as possible. Below is the procedure for scholarship application:

  • First apply to a University in Netherlands for admission to the course as soon as possible.
  • Acceptable candidates will receive a provisional letter of acceptance from the university.
  • Candidates then apply for a NFP fellowship through the Netherlands Embassy or Consulate in their own country.

Please note that in most countries the Royal Netherlands Embassy maintain a NFP Embassy application deadline of at least a month later than the University NFP deadline. Contact the Royal Netherlands Embassy in your country to check the exact NFP Embassy application deadline.
