President Museveni is seeking for US $ 25 million loan from the World Bank in disguise of promoting Tourism in Uganda.

We have been told by a source in government that Gen. Museveni applied for this money in November. However other sources told us that the World Bank is yet to approve this loan.

Other critics of president Museveni claim that he is planning to spend the money to strengthen his personal security as the clock ticking against him to 2016 predicted violent general elections.
