Kampala- Entebbe Road is the most guarded road in the Republic of Uganda located in East and Central Africa.

Entebbe road is 22 miles from Entebbe to Kampala, but it has aover 30 police patrol vehicles and close to 50 police motor vehicles. Each police patrol vehicle on Kampala Entebbe road has eight police officers and two military police soldiers.
In other words, the 22-mile stretch has more officers than those in districts of Agago, Luka, Bukomansimbi, Kalungu, Lwengo Lamwo and Bududa all put together.

Entebbe road has more police motor vehicles than those in sub regions of West Nile, Karamoja, and Acholi-land.
