The Government of Brunei Darussalam offers ten Commonwealth Scholarships each year.

These are open to eligible citizens of all Commonwealth countries, and are available for First Degree, Higher National Diploma and Diploma courses.

The scholarships are tenable at the following institutions:

• University Brunei Darussalam
• Institut Teknologi Brunei
• Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah College of Nursing

National agencies are normally contacted in the October or November of each year, and asked to submit up to three nominations for awards by no later than 28 February of the following year.

Applications must be made in the first instance to the Commonwealth Scholarship agency in the country in which the applicant has his/her permanent home.
