The chairperson of the East African Community council of ministers, Phyllis Kandie has launched a resource centre to ease the dissemination of information in East Africa.

Kandie said the resource centre will play a critical role in sensitizing the people of East Africa. Kandie has urged the people of East Africa to utilize the resource centre

He says the centre should be used in search for information and research data for regional growth and development. Kandie says the resource centre will promote interest in the integration agenda among the people of East Africa.  The resource centre will organize and package information on regional integration in the most understandable and user-friendly way for ordinary people of East Africa. The resource centre was set up with financial support from European Union.
