African leaders reaffirm commitment to Africa’s development

 

African dictators and leaders have used the 50th Anniversary of the African Development Bank (AfDB) as a platform to evaluate and reaffirm their commitment to Africa’s prosperity and development.

The president of AfDB, Dr Donald Kaberuka said during the Bank’s Annual Meeting in Kigali on Monday that the conference will end on May 23. The conference has attracted over 2,500 delegates from around the world.

The key speakers have included African Heads of State. African countries are yet to adopt their development agenda for 2063. African heads of state plan to adopt agenda 2063 in the next Africa Union (AU) summit.
