Applicants for admission under the private admission system at Kyambogo University have complained that the university’s online application system is non-responsive and so confusing.

Hundreds of students who petitioned Kyambogo University claimed that they been trying to apply for the last many times but could only manage to create personal accounts. The online system of Kyambogo University does not respond whenever some applicants attempt to fill in their academic details. The students claim that they have spent a lot of money in internet cafés yet they have not uploaded any document.

The students want Kyambogo to resume the manual application system in order to speed-up the application process for 2014/2015 academic year. The academic registrar of Kyambogo University, Rose Bwire has urged students facing challenges with the procedure to visit the University for Assistance.
