The NRM caucus meets tomorrow at the office of the president to
discuss the public private partnership bill before the house resumes
debate on the bill.

The house that has been in recess for more than three weeks will
resume the 4th session of the 9th parliament tomorrow afternoon.

While officially opening the 4th session of 9th parliament at serena
hotel two weeks ago, the speaker kadaga warned mps who continue to
absent themselves from parliament that they will lose their seats.

The speaker also asked Government to quickly work on the
electoral laws because the delay may hamper other process that will
facilitate the holding of the 2016 general elections.

Also the newly elected Luweero woman mp Brenda Nabukenya is expected
to take oath tomorrow.
