News coming from the parliament of Uganda indicates that the security has been heightened as a result of Tuesday’s yellow pigs’ demonstration at the parliament headquarters in Kampala.

The situation at parliament has now taken another twist, from metal detectors to human handling. Sources at parliament told us that the MPs who aided the youths to enter parliament with pigs are also under investigation.

Museveni has also ordered for the arrest of the police officers who were on duty at parliament’s gate at the time the youths entered house with pigs.

We have been told that the youths who entered parliament with pigs were monitored by FDC woman leader, Ms Ingrid Tulinawe among others.
