CBS celebrates 18 years of service

 

On Monday 23rd June CBS radion station marked 18years in service and in existence. Radio CBS Kampala died in 1996.

Radio CBS was inaugurated and was spearheaded many socio-economic projects that have transformed the livelihood of his royal majesty Kabaka Mutebi.

Some of the radio programmes that have turned CBS into the people’s number one radio station include nsindika njake, pewosa, palamenti yaffe and gakyaali mabaga etc.

The radio has been used to teach Ugandans more about their culture, monarch and monarchy, and not forgeting how we have imensely benefitted in the political development by exposing its listenership to progressive ideas.
