government refuses to re-open fuelex

Ministry of energy maintains that the closure of Fuelex oil company across the country will stay until they comply with the set regulations to all petroleum dealing companies in the country.

Tumwekwasibwe also adds that the company had an expired license which automatically meant that their operation in the country were illegal and will have to go through tough steps to have the license issued to them again.

Fuelex was closed by enforcement agencies with their station at Lweza falling the culprit.
