Walakira said that 25% of teenage pregnancy is fueled by low coverage of family planning service that are youth friendly making it difficult for the youth to get knowledge and facilities to prevent the pregnancies.
He said that that teenage pregnancies are high among rural girls compared to urban girls with the reason being that rural girls have less information about reproductive health information which exposes them to danger.
