Bukwo district Woman MP Ms. Chemutai Evelyn has threatened to join the NRM MPs opposed to the removal of the age limit from the constitution. This as the number of the NRM party members of parliament opposing the age limit removal from the constitution is growing.

Chemutai who is NRM party member said that she finds difficulty to support the age limit when the roads in Bukwo district and neighboring areas are in poor state.

She said that she supports NRM MPs withdrawing their signatures from the purported meeting which endorsed the age limit removal from the constitution. She added that the age limit removal from the constitution is not an ideal move, adding that parliament should also return the presidential two term limit.
