Relatives and fans of fallen Ugandan Musician Moses Ssekibogo alias Mowzey Radio stormed Entebbe Magistrate court demanding for justice to prevail in the case.
They claimed that Troy Wamala the man who was arrested for the alleged murder is not the one, but police should arrest a one Pamella and Washington, who were last seen with Mowzey Radio on the fateful date.
The group clad in black Tshirts and holding placards reading; WE NEED JUSTICE RIP MOWZEY, were led by Mowzey Radio’s Mother Jane Kasuubo.
Their actions are triggered by the continued adjournments by the Court on the request of Prosecution’s Mackbeth Guminitwe who keeps informing the Presiding Magistrate that investigations into the case are still going on.
Godfrey Wamala alias Troy the suspect in this case had appeared before Chief Magistrate Mary Kaitesi Lukwago and was further remanded to Luzira prison until 18th/June/2018.
Mowzey Radio died of head injury at Case Hospital in Kampala on 1st February/this year, following a brawl at De Bar, a popular hangout in Entebbe Town, on 22nd/January/2018.
Troy Wamala has also been in jail since February this year and is yet to clock the mandatory period, a capital offender spends in custody before he can regain his freedom through bail.
