As Uganda prepares for the 2011 general elections, those planning to cause violence should think twice as they may be prosecuted by powers beyond Uganda.
The International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo has announced today that those behind of post-election violence suspects in Kenya will be listed in two weeks time.
Ocampo says he will cause two cases linked to six individuals to face The Hague before 17th December 2010.
Addressing the conference and media on the review progress on Kenyan reforms at Crowne Hotel this Thursday in Nairobi, Ocampo said they will compile two cases of about 80 pages summarizing the fact findings and well analyzed evidence collected from the public.
He said however the six individual implicated into the post election violence will be presumed innocent until proved otherwise by the judges after the judicial process.
Ocampo further waned all those interfering with witnesses that they will be handled by his office that has powers to arrest any person involved in obstructing justice.
