The Uganda National Examinations Board has released the 2010 Primary Leaving Examinations showing improved performance compared to 2009. UNEB Secretary, Mathew Bukenya says 512, 057 primary seven candidates sat for the 2010 Primary leaving examinations in 10,906 centers across the country.
