As Pressure mounts on Libyan Leader, Col. Muammar al-Gadhafi to end his 41 year rule, Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni has written about his encounters with Gadhaffi and his impressions of the man, his politics, Libya and the current crisis which has seen several counties led by the US, France and United Kingdom launch aerial bombs on Libya’s military establishments to make way for rebels to overthrow Gadhaffi.
