Atkins Katusabe, Bukonzo West MP, Busongora North MP, Kasese district voted only members of parliament belonging to the forum for democratic change in the 10th Parliament., Kikorongo and Hima out of Kasese after plea from the NRM party leaders from Kasese district who meet him recently at state house Entebbe despite of a district council resolution blocking the split, Members of Parliament from Kasese district, President Yoweri Museveni agreed to a proposal of splitting Kasese into more three districts which include Bwera, proposal is tabled before parliament, says that government should respect the people stand which opposed the curving out of Kasese district for other three new districts, William Nzoughu
