heavy rains with wind blew off house rooftops and carried away gardens of crops for 20 villages in Kasemba and Busolo sub counties on Monday, iron sheets and quick growing seeds., Kabarole district has been hit by heavy hail storms that have destroyed people’s crops and house rooftops leaving a majority in need of emergency support of food and housing from government, Kigaragwa and Rwakikurwa villages, Margeret Muhanga, Member of Parliament for Burahya County in Kabarole district, President’s village of Rwengaju was badly hit by the disaster including Bakerwa, Prime Minister’s office to respond to the disaster by giving the people in those places assistance in terms of food
