Anthony Okello who raised a matter of national importance before Parliament over government’s failure to procure BKK ferry to operate between Namasare and Zengebe on Lake Kyoga to serve Amolter, Bugabula South, Doreen Ruth Amule, expressed anger over the absence of ferry on Lake Kyoga basin to easily connect communities living around the water body and boast trade, Kioga County, Maurice Kibalya and Kaberamaido district, Members of Parliament, MPs who include; Women representatives of Amolter district, Nakasongola and some parts of Busoga and Teso, Rebecca Kadaga, Ruth Nankabirwa told Parliament that they were about to commission five ferries and BKK ferry is one of them., Speaker of Parliament, that for Buyende district, the Government Chief Whip, Veronica Eragu said that government should speed up the procurement of BKK ferry because their people are suffering to cross waters, Veronica Kadoga
